I wasn’t always this fit. As a kid, I had huge love handles and never liked what I saw looking back at me in the mirror. I never thought that I would be able to lose fat, pack on lean muscle or reach where I am today.I was bullied because of my appearance, and has resigned to my fate, thinking-"even when I eat less I can't lose fat."
All that changed once I started following a scientific, research based process. I spent 5 months counting calories, monitoring my nutrient intake and performing customised workouts with the correct form. And guess what! I lost more fat and gained more muscle in those 5 months than I had in the previous 5 years.
I had found the secret to becoming the best version of myself, and wanted to share it with all of you. And so, I started my brand MSF to make fitness easy, affordable and accessible to anyone, anywhere in the world.
